Description
The microprocessor-based A4 differential pressure controller for the measurement and control of differential pressure, low pressure, or very low pressure, includes a direct-view scroll bar with multiple high-brightness LEDs and a configurable OLED display.
It can be directly replaced with mechanical instruments. The A4 differential pressure controller uses an extremely stable piezoresistive sensor to provide a standard scale accuracy of 1%. For applications requiring higher accuracy, the A4 is also available with 0.5% or 0.25% accuracy, as well as speed and flow.
It includes (2) 8A SPDT relays and an associated programming menu that allows full configuration of variables such as setpoints, deadband, engineering units, flow coefficients, and more.
Programming is performed from an easy-to-use menu on the OLED display or by uploading data using an Opti-Link programming button. The OLED also displays exact setpoints or other user-defined variables during normal operation.
Furthermore, the menu structure can be customized by moving variables to different menu levels to accommodate a wide range of applications. Compared to other mechanical products, the A4 Series digital differential pressure regulator has a reduced depth.
