The A4 differential pressure controller based on a microprocessor for the measurement and control of differential pressure, low or very low pressure, includes a direct view scroll of the reading percentage with several high brightness LEDs and a configurable OLED screen.
It can be replaced directly by mechanical instruments. The A4 differential pressure controller uses an extremely stable piezoresistive sensor to give a standard scale accuracy of 1%. It includes (2) relays SPDT 8A and an associated programming menu that allows the complete configuration of variables such as setpoints, dead band, engineering units, flow coefficients, and much more. Programming is performed from an easy-to-use menu on the OLED screen or loading the data using an Opti-Link programming button. The OLED also displays the exact set points or other variables defined by the user during normal operation. On the other hand, the structure of the menu can be customized by moving the variables to different menu levels to accommodate many applications. Compared to other mechanical products, the digital differential pressure regulator of the A4 Series has a reduced depth.
